Two different places to check
Some information is saved in your browser. Photo effects can also send an uploaded image to a processing service. Clearing one doesn’t necessarily clear the other.
Closing a tab is not a deletion request. If you want server-held information removed, follow the request steps below.
01 Clear data on your device
Open your browser’s privacy or site settings, find iaskly.com and choose the option to delete its cookies and site data. The wording varies between browsers.
- This can remove local preferences and result-related information stored by this site in that browser.
- Repeat the step on other browsers or devices you used.
- Remove downloaded images separately from your Downloads folder, photo library or other places you saved them.
Clearing browser data does not delete uploads, processing records or copies saved elsewhere.
02 Identify what you want removed
Include enough detail to locate the information without sending more personal information than necessary:
- The quiz, effect or result page link.
- The approximate date and time you used it, including your time zone.
- Any result link or reference number you already have.
- A short description of the information you want removed.
You don’t need to send an identity document or re-upload a private photo with your first message.
03 Send the request
Use the subject line Data removal request — iaskly.com and include the details above.
Email a removal requestA request needs to identify the relevant information and your connection to it. Additional details may be needed to avoid removing someone else’s information.
What this guide can’t promise
Removing information from the service does not recall files you downloaded or copies another person has saved. If you shared a result on another platform, use that platform’s deletion controls too.
Retention and deletion can depend on the type of information, the processing provider and applicable legal obligations. This page does not promise that all records disappear when a session ends or within a fixed number of hours.
Read the Privacy Policy for more about uploads, browser storage and third-party services.
